(1) There shall be a Dean for each Faculty Council for post-graduate and undergraduate studies. (2) The Dean shall be a Professor of the University and shall be elected by the Faculty Council in such manner, and subject to such conditions, as may be prescribed by Statutes. (3) The Dean of each Faculty Council shall act as the Vice-Chairman of each Faculty Council. (4) The Dean shall hold office for such term as may be prescribed by Statutes, and shall exercise such powers, and perform such functions, as may be prescribed for by the Regulations.
