(1) This Act may be called the Engel India Machines and Tools Short title Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1986. and com- mencement. 231 The Engel India Machines and Tools Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1986.
