(1) The Chairperson shall exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may be prescribed or as may, from time to time, be delegated to him by the Authority. (2) The Member-Secretary shall exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may be prescribed or as may, from time to time, be delegated to him by the Authority or the Chairperson.
