A Vice-Chairperson or a member of the Committee may, at any Resignation. time, resign his office by notifying in writing his intention to do so to the Chairperson and, on such resignation being accepted, the Vice-Chairperson or the member, as the case may be, shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
