No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against, and no damages shall be claimed from the Institute, the Director, the authorities, officers, any member of Board of Governors and the Committee Members of the Institute or any other person in respect of anything which is done in good faith or purporting to be done in pursuance of this Act or any regulation made thereunder.
