The State Government may issue to the Corporation Power of general instructions to be followed by the Corporation and State such instructions may include directions relating to the went to to recruitment, the conditions of service and training of its issue employees, the wages to be paid to the employees, the reserves laetrile- to be maintained by it and the disposal of its property, mov- ticint able or immovable, and the Corporation shall be bound to follow such instructions.
