(1) The D. N. De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (Taking over of Management) Ordinance, 1982 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the D. N. De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (Taking over of Management) Ordinance, 1982 shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under this Act. Power to make rules.
