(1) There shall be an advisory committee consisting of twelve Advisory members, to be called the West Bengal Advisory Committee for After- Committee. Care Services to aid and advise the State Government in the matter of after-care services to, and rehabilitation of, the released prisoners. (2) The State Government shall appoint a person, who has dedication to care and rehabilitation services, at the Chairman of the advisory committee and the Additional Inspector General of Correctional Homes and Correctional Services shall be its Member-Secretary.
