[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 1st November, 1950.] An Act to provide for the establishment and maintenance of a Contingency Fund. WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the establishment and maintenance of a Contingency Fund ; It is hereby enacted as follows :-
