CO This Act may be called the West Bengal (Compulsory Censorship of Film Publicity Materials) Act, 1974. (2) It extends to the whole of West Bengal. (3) It shall come into force in such areas and on such dates as the State Government may, by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
