(1) The State Government may, by notification, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may be provided for all or any of the following matters, namely,— (i) the manner in which an inquiry is to be made for removal of the Chairperson or any other Member of the Commission; 38 of 1949. 45 of 1860. 12 THE KOLKATA GAZE1 1E, EXTRAORDINARY, NOVEMBER 29, 2012 [PART III The West Bengal College Service Commission Act, 2012. (3) All rules made under this Act shall be laid before the State Legislature for not less than fourteen days as soon as they are made and shall be subject to such modification, if any, whether by way of repeal or amendment, as the State Legislature may make during the session in which they are laid or the session immediately following.
