(1) The manner of selection of persons for appointment to the post of Non- teaching employees in various Government aided Colleges shall be such as may be provided by regulations. (2) The conditions regarding eligibility for selection of persons to the post of Non-teaching employees in various Government aided Colleges shall be such as may be prescribed by rules.
