- S. 1This Act may be called the Indian College of Arts and Short title
- S. 2In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— Definitions
- S. 3Section 3 allows the State Government to take over the management of the institution and appoint an Administrator to oversee it for two years.
- S. 4Section 4 allows the State Government to suspend and modify contracts and agreements related to the institution, overriding other laws.
- S. 5Section 5 allows the State Government to appoint Deputy Administrators to assist the Administrator in managing the college.
- S. 6Section 6 allows state-managed properties to be used temporarily, reverting to the institution after two years.
