Every licensee shall be bound to comply with such direction or order as may be issued to him by the Licensing) Officer under this Act and any failure to comply with such direction or order within the period of thirty days shall be deemed to be contravention by the licensee of the provisions of this Act. CHAPTER V. Miscellaneous. Powers 20. The Licensing Officer may with a view to securing of the compliance with this Act— Licensing Officer. (a) require any licensee to give any information which may be required by the Licensing Officer with respect to the cold storage run by the licensee, (b) enter upon and inspect the premises, books and other relevant documents of any licensee at any time with a view to satisfying himself that the requirements of this Act are. being complied with, collect, on payment, samples of agricultural produce stored in any cold storage and get them analysed at any Laboratory selected for the purpose, and (d) prohibit by an order in writing further storage or disposal of any agricultural produce in respect of which he has reason to believe that any contra- ention of this Act has taken place.
