Every licensee shall keep the agricultural produce of one hirer separate from the agricultural produce of other hirers and from other agricultural produce of the same hirer for which a separate receipt has been issued, in such a manner as to permit at all times of the identification and delivery of the agricultural produce stored in his col storage.
