(1) This Act may be called the West Bengal Cold short. Storage (Licensing and Regulation) Act, 1966. title, extent (2) It extends to the whole of West Bengal. and commences (3) It shall come into force on such date or dates and 'neut. in such area or areas as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
