Any two or more Co-operative societies may, by resolution passed at general meetings by a majority of members present and voting in each such Co-operative society, enter into a contract or partnership for carrying out any specific business permissible under the by-laws on such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon. Where such partnership requires the creation of a new organisation, the participating Co-operative societies shall be its members. 4 of 1882, 16 of 1908.
