(1) Every Co-operative society shall display its name and the address of its registered office along with the registration number in legible character in a conspicuous position— (a) at every office or place at which it carries on business; (b) in all notices and other official publications; 20 THE KOLKATA GAZETTE, EXTRAORDINARY, MAY 25, 2010 The West Bengal Co-operative Societies Act, 2006.
