A mortgage executed in favour of Co-operative agriculture and rural development bank, financing bank or a primary agricultural credit Co-operative society before or after commencement of this Act shall have priority over loans of the State Government under Land Improvement Loans Act, 1883 or the Agriculturists' Loan Act, 1884 granted after the execution of the mortgage and over all other registered or un-registered transfers effected on any account.
