When the Registrar passes an order under section 106 or 108 directing dissolution of a Co-operative society and appointing a liquidator to dissolve it, he shall:— (a) publish the order in such manner in the local news paper as he thinks fit; (b) communicate the order to the Co-operative society by registered post with acknowledgement due or through a messenger; (c) send a copy of the order to the federal Co-operative society and the financing bank, if any, by registered post with acknowledgement due or through a messenger.
