(1) The Registrar may, after giving the parties an opportunity of being heard, by order stating reasons, apportion thecost of inspection or inquiry held under section 99 or section 100, as the case may be, either wholly or in part, between the Co- operative society and the directors, members, delegates or creditors thereof or the financing bank, as the case may be, making the application for inspection or inquiry, and the officers (including former officers) and the member (including past members) of the Co-operative society. (2) No expenditure shall be incurred from the funds of any Co-operative society for defraying the cost of any appeal preferred against an order under sub-section (1) by any person other than the Co-operative society.
