Subject to the provisions of this Act, the State Government shall make rules providing for— (a) the conduct of election of directors of the board of a co- operative society, (b) the preparation of electoral roll for the election of such directors, (c) fixing the date, place and manner of election of such directors, (d) fixing the date of publication of the results of the election of such directors.
