(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Registrar or any person authorised by him or against a Trustee in respect of anything done or purported to be done in good faith under this Act. 5 of 1908. 384 The West Bengal Co-operative Societies Act, 1983. 3.] (Chapter XV.—Jurisdiction, appeal and revision.—Section 135.) (2) Save as provided in this Act, no Civil Court or Revenue Court shall have jurisdiction in regard to— (a) the registration of a co-operative society or its by-laws or an amendment of its by-laws; or (b) the dissolution or the supersession of the board of a co- operative society and the management of such co-operative society on such dissolution or supersession; or (c) any directive issued by the State Government under section 49; or (d) any dispute referred to the Registrar under section 95; or (e) any matter concerned with the winding up or dissolution of a co-operative society. (3) While a co-operative society is being wound up, no suit or other legal proceeding relating to the affairs of such co-operative society shall be proceeded with or instituted against the liquidator or such co-operative society or any member thereof except by leave of the Registrar and subject to such conditions as the Registrar may impose. (4) Save as provided in this Act, no order, decision or award made under this Act shall be challenged, set aside, modified, revised or declared void in any Court on any ground whatsoever except for want of jurisdiction.
