After an order has been issued under sub-section (1) or sub- section (2) of section 99, the Registrar may, in accordance with the rules, appoint a person to be liquidator of the co-operative society in respect of which such order has been issued and fix his remuneration in the manner prescribed and may, if necessary, in the like manner remove such person and appoint another person in his place: Provided that it shall not be necessary to appoint any liquidator for winding up of a co-operative society which has not commenced working.
