(c) The Registrar shall communicate the result of any inspection under this section to the creditor, to the society and to the financing bank, if any, of which the society is a member. (2) An Inspector of Co-operative Societies may, with the written approval of the Registrar or any other officer authorised by him in this behalf, seize any record, book, register or document of any co-operative society during working hours to carry out any of the purposes of this Act: Provided that no such seizure shall be made unless a written requisition is served on the co-operative society specifying therein the record, book, document or register to be seized and the reasons therefor.
