Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the Power to time being in force, where a power of sale and delivery of possession bring in respect of the property sold, without the intervention of the Court, is property t ortgagedo expressly conferred on a co-operative land development bank, central sale and to co-operative bank or the apex housing society by a mortgage deed in pos deliver session favour of the bank or the society, as the case may be, if any instalment in respect of roperty under such mortgage is not paid in full on.the date on which it falls due, soldwithout the the managing committee of the bank or the society, as the case may be, Intervention shall, in addition to any other remedy available to it, have the power, of the Court. subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules, to bring the mortgaged property to sale and to deliver possession in respect of the property sold to the purchaser without the intervention of the Court.
