When a reception home ceases to be a recognised reception home by reason of withdrawal of recognition or otherwise, the juvenile delinquents or the other children detained therein may, by order of the State Government, be discharged unconditionally or on such conditions as the State Government may impose or be transferred to some other reception home in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
