(1) The Chief Executive Officer shall, at the end of each year, Statement of prepare a statement showing— investments. (a) the amount which has been invested during the year under section 70, (h) the date of the last investment made during the year, (c) the aggregate amount of securities then in the hands of the Corporation, and (d) the aggregate amount which has, up to the date of the statement, been applied for the purpose of repayment of loan under section 71. 563 The Chandernagore Municipal Corporation Act, 1990.
