( I) Every licence, written permission, notice, bill, summons or other document which is required by the Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder to bear the signature of the Chief Executive Officer or any other officer of theNCorporation, shall be deemed to be properly signed if it bears a facsimile of the signature of the Chief Executive Officer or such officer, as the case may be, stamped thereupon. Entry and inspection. Police Officers to assist the Corporation, Mayor-in- Council, Chief Executive Officer, etc. Saving as to certain suits and proceedings. Removal of difficulty. Notices. etc.. to fix time. Signature on notices, etc., to be stamped. 633 The Chandernagore Municipal Corporation Act, 1990. [West Ben. Service of notices etc. (2) Nothing in sub-section (1) shall be deemed to apply to a cheque drawn upon the Municipal Fund.
