All drains and ventilation-shaft, pipes and other appliances and fittings connected with drainage works constructed, erected or set up at the charge of the Municipal Fund in or upon premises not belonging to the Corporation, whether for the use of the owner or the occupier of such premises or not, shall, unless the Corporation otherwise determines, vest and be deemed always to have vested in the Corporation. 600 The Chandernagore Municipal Corporation Act, 1990.
