Subject to the provisions of this Act and the nowt- Statutes and the Ordinances, Regulations may be made to provide for all or any of the following matters, namely :— • (a) the composition, functions and duties of the Facul- ties, Councils for Post-Graduate and Under- Graduate Studies and the Boards of Studies; (1,) the functions and duties of Teachers' Councils in Colleges, and Institutions other than Govern- ment Colleges or Government Sponsored Colleges and Institutions; (c) the conditions for admission to the different courses of study and examinations of students; (d) the rules for the conduct of University examina- tions; (e) the courses of study and the division of subjects upon the recommendation of the'Council for Post- Graduate or Under-Graduate Studies concerned- How to make Regola.
