Any provident fund instituted by the University for the benefit of its Teachers, officers or employees shall be governed by the provisions of the Provident Funds Act, 19 of 1925. 1925, as if such fund were a Government Provident Fund and the Syndicate shall have power to frame Ordinances, not inconsistent with the provisions of that Act, for the administration of the fund. (2) Such Annual Statement of Accounts shall; together with copies of the audit report thereon, be submitted to the Senate and to the State Government and thereupon- the State Government may publish the same in the Official Gazette. (3) The University shall have a continuous internal audit, and the report of such audit shall be submitted to the .State Government as soon as possible after the end of every financial year.
