(1) Any dispute between the University and Arbitra- any Teacher, Officer or employee of the University tien holding a post carrying a salary not below one Tribunal' hundred rupees per month shall, on the request of the Teacher, Officer or employee concerned, be referred to a Tribunal consisting of one member appointed by the Syndicate, one member nominated by the Teacher,Officer or employee concerned and a President appointd by the Chancellor. The decision of the Tribunal shall be final, and no suit or proceeding shall lie in any civil court in respect of the matters decided by the Tribunal. Every such request shall be deemed to be a submission to arbitration upon the 10 of terms of this section, within the meaning of the Arbitration Act, 1940, and all provisions of that Act, with the exception of section 2 thereof, shall apply accordingly. (2) Any dispute between a Principal or Teacher of a • College other than a Government College or a Government Sponsored College, not being a Teacher of the University, and the Governing Body of the College concerned shall, on. the request of such Principal or Teacher, be referred to a Tribunal consisting of one member nominated by the Principal or Teacher concerned, one member nominated by the Governing Body of the College concerned and a Presi- dent appointed by the Vice-Chancellor. The decision of the Tribunal shall be final and no suit or proceeding shall lie in any civil court in respect of the matters decided by the Tribunal. Every such request shall be deemed to be a submission to arbitration upon the terms of this section, within the meaning of the Arbitration Act, 1940, and all provisions of that Act, with the exception of section 2 thereof, shall apply accordingly.
