There shall be Councils for Under-Graduate studies Councils tit trune atte Technology and in such other branches of learning as may r. in Arts, Science, Commerce, Medicine, Engineering, Studie8. be prescribed by Regulations. The Vice-Chancellor shall be the Chairman and the Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs shall be the Vice-Chairman of each of such Council. The constitution of such Councils shall, in all other respects, be prescribed by Statutes and the powers and functions thereof shall be prescribed by Regulations.
