The University shall have a fund (elsewhere in this Fund of Act referred to as the University fund) to which shall be the credited— University. (1) its income from fees, fines, endowments and grants, if any; and (2) any contribution by any Government; and which shall include all trusts, endowments and grants hitherto created or made in favour of the University.
