There shall be a Finance Committee with. the Treasurer as the Chairman. The constitution and powers of the Finance Committee shall be prescribed by Statutes. CHAPTER V. THE ACADEMIC COUNCIL, THE FACULTIES, THE BOARDS OF STUDIES AND OTHER AUTHORITIES.
