(1) When an order has been made under sub-section (1) of section 3 in relation to the undertaking of the Company, every person having possession, custody or control of the undertaking of the Company or any part thereof, shall forthwith deliver the same to the Administrator or to such officer as may be authorised by the Administrator in this behalf. (2) Any person who, at the commencement of this Act, has in his possession or under his control any books, docu- ments or other papers relating to the undertaking of the Company, including any letters, memoranda, notes or other communications between him and the Company shall, not- withstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, be liable to account for the said books, docu- ments and other papers (including such letters, memoranda, notes or other communications) to the Administrator and shall deliver them to the Administrator or to such officer as may be authorised by the Administrator in this behalf. (3) The State Government may. take all necessary steps for securing custody of the undertaking of the Company.
