No person who ceases to exercise any power of manage- ment or control in relation to the undertaking of the Company by reason of the provisions contained in clause (a) of sub- section (1): of section 4, shall be entitled to claim any com- pensation on that account: Provided that nothing contained in this section shall affect die right of any such person to recover from the Company moneys recoverable otherwise than by way of such compensation.
