Where any notice or other document is required by this Agreement to be served, then if it is to be served on the Company it may be served by delivering it to the Agent of the Company in Calcutta or by sending it in a prepaid registered letter addressed to him at his office in Calcutta and if it is to be served on the Government it may be served by sending it in a prepaid registered letter addressed to the Chief Secretary to the Government at Writers' Build- ings, Calcutta.
