The Association and the Committee shall prepare estimates of expenditure likely to be incurred by the Associa- tion and the Committee during the ensuing financial year for carrying out their respective functions under this Act and shall submit the same to the Board. The Board shall thereupon consider such estimates and prepare a consolidated The Sports Fund.
