(1) This Act may . be called the Calcutta Special Short Tribunal (Change of Composition) Act, 1950. title and coin- (2) It shall come into force on the date on which the views- Calcutta Special Tribunal (Change of Composition) Ordi- gent. nance, 1950, ceases to operate.
