(2) Upon the exclusion of any area from the limits of '[Kolkata] under section 625, this Act or any rules, regulations or orders made or any direc Lions issued or any powers conferred under lhis Act shall cease to apply to such area. (3) The Stale Government may issue such orders as il may consider necessary lo give effect to the inclusion or the exclusion or any area within or from the limits of '[Kolkaia], as the case may be, under seciion 625 or loany mailer incidental or ancillary to such inclusion or exclusion.
