Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law in force for the time being, the Stale Government may, by notification and in such other manner as it may determine, declare its intention lo extend, subjeel lo such modifications and restrictions (if any) as may be specified in the notification, all Dr any of the provisions of this Act to any other area.
