The power lo make regulations under this Act is subject to the condition of the regulations being made after previous publication and to the following further conditions, namely: (a) a draft of the regulations shall be published in the Official Catette\ (b) such draft shall not he further proceeded with until after the expiration of a period of one month from such publication or such longer period as the Corporation may appoint; (e) for not less lhan one month during such period, a primed copy of such drafi shall be kepi at the office of the Corporalion Tor public inspection, and any person shall be permitted at any reasonable lime lo persue the same, free or charge; and (d) printed copies of such draft shall be obtainable by any person requiring the same on payment of such fee LIS may be fixed by the Mayor-in- Council: Provided lhat lhe provisions of this section shall not apply to any 874 The Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, J9S0.
