(1) The Stale Governmeni may. after previous publication, make rules for carrying out the purposes of lhis Acl. (2) In particular and wiihouL prejudice io lhe generaliiy of llie foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of die mailers which under any provision of ihis Act are required io be prescrib&d or Lo be provided for by rules. (3) All rules made under lhis AcL shall be laid for nol less than fourteen days before Lhe Stale Legislature as soon as possible after they are made and shall be subject LO such modi fication as lhe Stale Legislature may make during the session in which they are so laid. Any modification of the the said rules made by the Slate Legislature shall be published in lhc Official Gazette, and shall, unless some later date is appointed by the State Government, come into force on the date of such publication.
