Every public notice given under this Act or (he rules or Ihc w bemadcV regulations made thereunder shall be in writing tinder the signature of lhe known. Municipal Commissioner or any other officcr of the Corporation authorised in lhis behalf by the Municipal Commissioner, and shall be widely made known in the locality to be affected (hereby by affixing copies thereof in conspicuous public places wilhin such locality or by publishing lhe same by beat of drum or by advertisement in local newspapers or by any two or more of these means and by any other means that Lhe Municipal Commissioner may itiink fit.
