The Municipal Commissioner may, by public noticc prohibit in any ease where such prohibition appears to him lo be necessary for the prevention of danger to life or property the slacking or collecting of wood, dry grass, straw or other inflammable materials or the placing of mats or thatched liuis or the lighting of fires in any place which may be specified in lhe notice.
