(I) The Municipal Commissioner shall make provision for inspcclion or all animals which are intended for human consumption and arc in the course or Iransil or arc exposed or hawked about or deposited in or brought to any place for sale or preparation Tor sale, as the ease may be. (2) If, as a result of any inspection under sub-seclion (J), any prosecution is instituted under this Chapter, the burden of proving Lhai any such animal was not exposed or hawked about or deposited in or brought to any placc for sale or preparation for sale or was nol intended for human consumplion shall rest with lhe person prosecuted.
