No person while suffering from, or in circumstances in which he is likely to spread, any dangerous disease shall— (a) make, carry or olTer Tor sale, or take any part in [lie business of making, carrying or offering Tor sale, any arLicle of food or drink or any medicine or drug Tor human consumption or any article of clothing or bedding for personal use or wear, or (b) lake any pari in the business of washing or carrying or clothes.
