Where any person has died from any dangerous disease, the Municipal Commissioner may, by noticc in writing,— (a) require any person having charge of lhe corpse lo convey Lhe same to mortuary thereafter lo be disposed or in accordance with law, or (b) prohibii the removal of corpses rrom the place where death occurred except for the purpose of being burnt or buried or being conveyed ID a mortuary.
